These diploma courses will be started for four subjects including ‘Paurohityam’ (Rituals), ‘Pravachanam’, ‘Jyotish Shastram’ and ‘Yogadarshanam’. The duration of all four diploma courses will be of one year. The School Education Department has given permission to start all these four diploma courses.
Students who have passed class 10th will be able to take admission in these diploma courses. For this, study centers will be set up by Sanskrit Vidyamandalam. All forms of worship of God will be taught in the Paurohityam (ritual). In the Pravachanam diploma course, teaching will be done through subjects like discourse, Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana and Mahabharata as well as through reference texts. In the Diploma of Jyotish Shastram, various types of information will be given through astrology. Similarly, in the diploma course of Yogadarshanam, one will be taught about how to organize your life through yoga.
