Guwahati (Assam) March 22. On the inauguration of 18th ‘Gandhi panorama’ ( international festival of films on Gandhiji & his principles) was held on 21st March at Guwahati (Assam).
It was inaugurated by Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi. In the picture Chairman of the Film Festival Devendra Khandelwal is felicitating Governor. In other picture lighting the lamp by Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi, Devendra Khandelwal, Vice Chancellor of Cotton University Chandra Goswami and DC of Kamrup Pallab Jha.
