Government committed to promote tourism in the State

 


Jaipur, February 14. Chief Minister Mr Ashok Gehlot said that the State Government is working with commitment to promote tourism. Efforts are being made to further strengthen the tourism industry in the State so that more and more tourists come to Rajasthan and maximum employment opportunities are created, he said.

Mr Gehlot said that tourism is a very important sector while talking to the media at Khasa Kothi on Monday. The economy of many countries in the world depends on the activities related to it, but this sector faced a lot of problems due to Covid pandemic. It is the priority of the Government that the tourism industry comes back on track.

The Chief Minister wished the newly appointed Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation Chairman Mr Dharmendra Rathore on assuming his charge. Various members of the State Council of Ministers, chairman of boards, commissions and corporations MLAs and other public representatives and officers were present on this occasion.
